The process of strategic planning is an opportunity for team growth and alignment. Kim facilitates strategic planning sessions for teams to carve out time and space to participate in intentional, outcome- and growth- oriented, comprehensive strategic planning. She does this by ensuring the leadership team's desired outcomes are identified and incorporated into the series purpose, goals, and learning objectives.

Kim led teams in public, private, and medical institutions of higher education for 18 years. Her teams ranged from 1-50 individuals. During this time, Kim learned that no 2 organizations and no 2 teams are the same. And yet, all teams are distinctly human with fundamental human needs, and all organizations are businesses with prevailing benchmarks and performance indicators that need to be met. Aligning and resolving the meeting point of these human and organizational needs is possible.
