Coach and Creative Partner
Kim Garman is a coach, creative partner, and the Founder of Mad Coaching, LLC.
As an experienced executive who led teams through multiple high stakes reorganizations, Kim understands the value of effective support during times of growth or change. Pulling from her 16 years of leadership experience, graduate education (MS), and coach certification (ACC), Kim is driven to support companies and individuals through the process of substantial transitions (startups; mergers and acquisitions; franchise launching; organizational and leadership changes; starting a small business; changing careers; etc.). She facilitates an open, inclusive, creative coaching process to abate risk, manage change, build culture, save money, and increase the success of all involved.
Kim applies this same openness and effective support to individuals who want to develop and write business or creative content—be it small or large projects. With decades of business writing experience and roots as a writing coach and teacher, Kim creates and holds space wherein clients can achieve their writing goals. Through distilling and synthesizing ideas, offering feedback and impressions, Kim hones in on whatever it is her client is creating and provides individualized support throughout the creative process all the way to the project’s completion.
