About Kim
Coach and Creative Partner
Kim Garman is a coach, writer, creative partner, and the Founder of Mad Coaching, LLC.
As an experienced executive who led teams through multiple high stakes reorganizations, Kim understands the tremendous impact that meaningful strategic planning, deliberate change management, and transparent communication can have on an organization, its culture, and its people. Pulling from her 18 years of leadership experience, graduate education (MS), and coach certification (ACC), Kim is driven to support companies and individuals to identify what matters most, envision desired outcomes, establish pathways to these desired results, and utilize strategies to stay the course. She facilitates an open, inclusive, creative coaching process designed to understand and ultimately unburden organizations, leaders, and individuals of the unessential.
Kim applies this same openness and effective support to individuals who want to develop and write business or creative content—be it small or large projects. With decades of business writing experience and roots as a writing coach and teacher, Kim creates and holds space through which clients can achieve their writing goals. Through distilling and synthesizing ideas, observing writing routines and processes, offering feedback and impressions, Kim hones in on whatever it is her client is creating and provides individualized support throughout the creative process all the way to the project’s completion.
