About Kim
Coach and Creative Partner
Kim Garman is a coach, educator, strategy & organizational development leader, writing & communication expert, and the Founder of Mad Coaching, LLC.
With over 18 years leading units in higher education at public, private, and medical institutions, 10 years coaching and tutoring, and a lifelong passion for education, culture, and communicating, Kim founded Mad Coaching, LLC in December 2022, where she serves as coach to individuals and organizations.
Kim is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and has a Master’ degree in Cultural Foundations of Education.
