Small business owners, entrepreneurs, and creatives are often paving new and exciting paths. However, trailblazing can sometimes seem isolating—like being out to sea on your own island. 

This Introductory Mad for More (M4M) Group will focus on these early phase startup and small business owners with the ultimate goal to increase survival rate of group members’ businesses. With 22% of business startups failing in the first year and 50% of new small businesses failing within the first five years, the first years are critical. Designed to complement existing startup coaching of bread-and-butter business infrastructure development and building, Mad Coaching and its M4M Groups aim to coach the person behind the business and facilitate and support their ability to achieve their chosen goals and increase the survival rate of their business.


Group Members Will:

  • Attend six 2-hour, in-person small group sessions (groups limited to 8 attendees)
  • Attend two 1-hour 1:1 confidential coaching sessions with Mad Coaching Founder and Associate Certified Coach, Kim Garman 
  • Identify and develop strategies to navigate your individual pitfalls and derailers
  • Identify guiding principles to define, deliver, and operate your business
  • Increase intentionality and speed in assessing risk and making decisions
  • Develop a “beacon” for prioritization and phased planning 
  • Shed "bottom drawer" to do items to focus on that which is most important to business survival
  • Gain a small, intimate community of like-minded entrepreneurial creatives committed to supporting one another and increasing one individually and with each other’s business survival
  • Ongoing communication and connection with broader M4M Group community after sessions end

Session 1:  “I Will Stand My Ground / I Won’t Back Down” –  Values

Session 2:  “Where Soul Meets Body”– Body Cues

Session 3:  “Come on Now, Who Do You, Who Do You, Who Do You, Who Do You Think You Are?” - Authenticity

Session 4:  “I’m the One at the Sail, I’m the Master of my Sea” – Goals

Session 5:  “Have to Draw the Line, Need to Draw the Line, Had to Draw the Line” – Carving Out Time

Session 6:  “Wow! It’s like right now / It’s like wow! It’s like right, right now / Oh wow!” – Alignment


The M4M 6-week Group Fee is $1,499
